Meet Ash — the survivor.
Ash is a strong willed, sweet old soul with an incredible story. He came into our care after he and his siblings were found abandoned at a Canadian Tire garden centre. Sadly, despite extensive efforts, their mom could not be located due to the large number of discarded bunnies in the area.
Because the babies did not receive the vital nutrients from their mother’s colostrum, they were extremely tiny and fragile when they arrived. They quickly learned to drink from a bottle and were doing well, but heartbreakingly, Ash’s three siblings passed away a few weeks later, and Ash himself became very ill.
True to his name, Ash pulled through and today, he is thriving.
Ash has been hand-raised in a foster home where he received extensive specialized care, along with plenty of love and socialization with dogs and cats. He adores cuddles, is playful and interactive, and radiates happiness. While he’s wonderfully laid back, he also loves engaging with his people and being part of the action.
Ash truly is the full package and can’t wait to find a forever family who will love him as much as his foster momma does. 🐰💙
Likes:
Ash likes being with his humans and soaking up affection, including gentle kisses. He enjoys perching on top of his house to survey his space, and he loves racing around doing binkies and zoomies, showing off just how happy and playful he is.
Health: Healthy and vaccinated. He will be neutered once old enough.
